Service is not down. If you're having issues with a app that says Llag or has a red globe you'll need to download a new app. I sent a ton of emails of what you'll need to do. CHECK YOUR EMAIL BOXES IF YOU DONT SEE IT LOOK IN YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER!!!!! YOU CAN ALSO VIEW YOUR EMAILS FROM US UNDER EMAIL HISTORY IN CLIENT AREA OF THE WEBSITE.

For new users you'll need to register on the website then open a ticket requesting service and tell us who referred you.
