We were unaware and not informed about Prime going through server upgrades. I apologize. Servers have been being updated over the past couple days which has been causing the buffering and short outage issues. Hopefully it wont go on too much longer. No eta when it will be complete. Hopefully in the next day or so. I apologize again. I sent a mass email to notify everyone. 3 days ago.
